Meet the Team

Let us introduce ourselves, I am are Marianne Iversen, founder and owner of the tour operator agency My Taste of Tuscany Wedding and Taste of Tuscany travel, with more than 17 years of experience in tourism field. Together with the rest of the team, we organize 360° weddings surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan landscape. You will celebrate your big day with family and friends in an authentic venue with special atmosphere!

We all live in Tuscany and have the advantage of knowing the territory from the inside, collaborating with local vendors of high quality. We think of the pre-organization, focused on budget and logistic, and we are present during your stay to quality-ensure all the services.

Marianne Iversen

Founder

The founder of the tour operator agency Taste of Tuscany situated in the medieval village of Santa Fiora, south of Siena. She has a bachelor in marketing, communication and design, and has been working for a Norwegian newspaper. Her main languages are Norwegian, English, and Italian. Marianne is a tecnical director as requested by Italian law to run a tour agency.

Her adventure began in 1998 when she moved from Norway to this region. After several years of experience in the field of wine, food and tourism, she chose to share her knowledge, experience and passion with others by creating Taste of Tuscany events and weddings.
